I am currently a postdoctoral research fellow in statistical modelling at Griffith University in Australia.
My scientific interests lie in model-based statistical methods for addressing questions in life sciences, particularly related to the organization of ecological communities.
Methodological interests include:
- Random graph models and network inference
- Latent variable models
- Mixture models and model-based clustering
- Bayesian nonparametric models
- Models for structured and dependent data
Before, I was a postdoctoral researcher in the Statify team of Inria Grenoble Rhône-Alpes, working with Julyan Arbel and Florence Forbes. In November 2023, I have defended my PhD in Applied Mathematics at Université Paris-Saclay under the supervision of Stéphane Robin, Sophie Donnet and François Massol. Before that, I received a Master in Applied Mathematics from Institut Polytechnique de Paris, after completing the joint Mathematics for Life Sciences program with Université Paris-Saclay. In a past life, I studied aeronautics and aviation engineering and worked as a software engineer.
